Returns Policy (New Zealand)

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Because we’re a small business, we’re not able to offer returns or refunds for change of mind, so we encourage you to choose carefully.

If you believe your item has a fault, get in touch with your order details and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for photos or for the product to be returned so we can assess it properly.

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. This policy works alongside your rights under the CGA, not in place of them.
